Mathieu Daouphars:
Mathieu joined MGT in 1996 to lead the capital raising department of this corporate finance focusing on technology companies. In 2003 Mathieu co-founded LD&A, a leading investment bank for innovative companies in Europe with offices in Paris, London and Munich. Having sold LD&A in 2009 he then joined Bryan, Garnier & Co as Managing Director. Mathieu started Shamrock Capital Partners in 2012. In global, he led more than 70 transactions, both M&A, Private Placements, LBOs & IPOs in various innovative industries with in more than 50% of the cases international counterparts.
Mathieu holds a Master in Economy form University of Rennes.

Catherine Trividic:
Catherine started her corporate finance career at Financière Indosuez before joining Rhône Poulenc Rorer (now Sanofi-Aventis) within their M&A and R&D divisions in Philadelphia (USA) and Paris. Prior to joining Bryan, Garnier & Co, a premier healthcare investment banking franchise and a leading IPO and public offerings platform, led the Pharma & Healthcare sector at Calyon Global Investment Banking. Catherine advised more than 50 transactions, including M&A, Private Equity financing and IPOs.
Catherine graduated from HEC Paris.

Sandrine Vergnory-Mion:
Sandrine started her investment banking career in 2007 as Director for Drakestar (ex-LD&A), a pan-European Tech investment bank. Having left LD&A, she started in 2018 her own corporate finance boutique, Jama Finance, with a private placement focus. For both LD&A and Jama Finance, Sandrine led over 30 transactions, both M&A and private placements, for European Tech companies. Previously, Sandrine acted as Director for the Corporate Development Department of IBM and closed several acquisitions and joint-ventures throughout Europe.
Sandrine graduated from EDHEC Business School and is an INSEAD MBA alumna.

Victor Wacrenier:
Victor started in the FinTech industry at PayPal, then N26 ($8bn valuation) where he was one of the first employees to join the company. He then launched its own SaaS startup - AppScho - which became France-based leading Western Europe player in Higher Education - raised Serie A from VCs, acquired in ’21 by Ready Education and operated by Level Equity, a NYC-based PE Firm). After having spent 2 years at Ready Education, where he most notably led M&A and Post Merger Integration of 4 companies, he joined Shamrock Capital Partners to support its efforts in M&A and Fundraising across all industries.
Victor graduated from SupInfo and ESCP Europe.
